MAV Conversions — a trade name of San Clemente Auto Rental & Sales Inc — sends text messages from (760) 691-2588 to customers and prospective customers who have contacted us about a custom truck build. Messages are one-to-one conversations with our sales team: answers to your questions about a build, scheduling and confirming calls and appointments, and brief follow-ups on an inquiry you started with us.
This is not a marketing or promotional program. We do not send bulk campaigns, and we do not text people who have not contacted us first.
You opt in by contacting us first. When you call or send a text message to (760) 691-2588 — the number shown on our advertising, business cards and referral materials — you provide your own mobile number and start the conversation, and you consent to receive text messages from us about that inquiry. If you call and we cannot answer, you may leave a voicemail, and we may reply by text to the number you called from.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service. If you would rather not be texted, tell us and we will call or email you instead.
Message frequency varies. We only message you while you have an open inquiry with us, and typically only in direct reply to you.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from that number. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE or END. To resume, reply START.
